Sharon Harding, RN

Sharon has been the most complete manager I've ever had in the almost 20 years of my nursing career. She is passionate and dedicated to nursing excellence. Her availability and prompt response to any queries, problems, or doubts are incredible and very reassuring. She is very supportive and complementing when wards and staff succeed in their journey but is also forgiving and encouraging in the face of adversity and mistakes, promoting space for reflection, learning, and growth. Sharon is relatable, approachable, and has a fantastic sense of humor.
