I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At my first appointment, I met Sharon; I was alone for my results, but Sharon supported me through the meeting and explained what the diagnosis meant for me. I was very distressed but her calming, gentle, and caring manner got me through.
Sharon has been with me every step of the way; she has gone out of her way to attend every appointment with me and has regularly phoned me to enquire about my welfare. Sharon has been my rock, she is ethereal, an angel on earth.I have had added complications due to a broken leg and the discovery of a heart condition, Sharon has advocated for me with both my cancer and other illnesses. She has gone beyond her role to support me and be my voice when I was unable to comprehend my circumstances.Sharon has endless patience and empathy, she has been my ray of sunshine, never judging, always caring and understanding.
