Sharon Osborne, RN

We were understaffed in the unit, and Sharon had 2 critical patients who required demanding care. Not only did the life link coordinator praise Sharon for her care and assistance, but the family also praised her. In the midst of this, her other patient decompensated, and she stepped right in to help. She also helped her other nurses who needed help. Working with her has been rewarding. She always goes above and beyond for staff and patients.
