Sharon was very helpful with a patient's complicated discharge needs, even when the patient was not assigned to her. Sharon stayed later than her scheduled time and assisted the RN with coordination of care and communication between different specialties. She went beyond her duty and always, always puts the patient first and always makes sure each patient has their needs met. I am very grateful to have an RN case manager on staff like Sharon.
