Shari is an excellent role model leading by example.She steps up in the midst of a crisis, maintains order on the unit and never compromises patient care.She is a wonderful and kind person which is evident in her relationships with her patients, coworkers and physicians. She consistently show a positive demeanor and is always willing to take on more. She is the definition of nurse excellence. We need more caregivers like Shari, she is a star example of everything a nurse should be.Shari always has a smile on her face and shows compassion to everyone she comes in contact with. She brings out the best in everyone.
