Sharon demonstrates excellence by ensuring the patients have the most empathetic and kind care during procedures which they can tend to be inherently anxious about. I've had the privilege to work with her for the past nine years and over this time I've witnessed firsthand that she displays the qualities we strive for here at Lovelace Medical Center, above and beyond.
Her care and empathy towards patients is inspiring; she has a big heart and we are fortunate to have her at our facility. No matter how many hours she's worked, or days she's been on, she can be found with a smile on her face and displaying exceptional care. Sharon's patients adore her, as does the staff she works with. Sharon eases patient's anxiety regarding their procedures and makes sure they are comfortable during their exams.
