Sharon Stahl, RN

I had the opportunity to witness Sharon Stahl go above and beyond to help a daughter of a patient navigate the process of obtaining help for her mom through a phone call the daughter had placed to our unit. This was regarding someone outside of our community. Sharon could have easily referred the daughter elsewhere. Instead, she spent time on the phone with her and was empathetic and comforting. She reassured the daughter that there were indeed resources to access. Sharon deserves to be recognized for the compassion she showed to someone who was clearly distraught and unsure of where to ask for help.
