Sharon is the most compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is genuinely a kind-hearted person and makes grey skies blue. She's been dedicated to Tel Hai for 38 years and has empathy for the residents, families, and fellow team members. Even on the most hectic day, Sharon smiles and offers her help. I remember being a brand-new nurse and watching Sharon with the residents. I thought to myself, "This is the nurse I want to be."

In her time at Tel Hai, she has mentored countless nurses. No one has ever said a negative word about her. When my Mom was a resident in our Meadows Health Care Center, I rested easy knowing Sharon was here at night with her. She goes the extra mile for the residents. She doesn't just replace their bandages and give them medications. She converses with them, gives them snacks, and holds their hands when they take their last breath. She puts everyone at ease. She is so loved by many.
