Sharon Taylor-Redd, RN
Sharon received several DAISY nominations outlining her strong values and commitment to patient care. Sharon participated in the care of a patient and left a lasting impression on this patient. This patient listed several ways Sharon embodies caring and compassion for all patients, not just her patients:
"Sharon was so welcoming from the start, even as busy as she was, and paid close attention to even the smallest needs I had. My husband tried to tip Sharon, but she professionally refused. Sharon remembered to bring me supplies to clean my denatures, which was something very important to me. Something that stood out the most was Sharon's own words, “Nursing is my passion,” and it shows in her actions every day. Sharon was calm, sweet, and reassuring."
