There was a morning that my PTSD symptoms were very bad. I went to Sharonda and had her come to my room, I continued to explain how distraught I was and how I didn't know what to do. She treated me like a person. (This was the 1st time I felt like that.) She was kind and caring and in tune to me. I've been a trying patient but she treated me no different.
