Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my concerns and going the extra mile to get this resolved.
When N got put on the BiPAP machine I brought the home attachment that was given to us from the clinic. The respiratory therapists kept saying that this was only for oxygen and not for the BiPAP. You came to see what was happening and upon learning what happened you not only agreed with me that inpatient and clinic therapists should be on the same page, but you also went out of your way to find out an answer by contacting the supervisor and manager. Then on Monday when there was no resolution for this issue, you emailed more people. After emailing the different managers, N's Main pulmonologist came to explain why the ram cam cannula was provided to us. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my concerns and going the extra mile to get this resolved.
