Shaun is the "kind of nurse that you want to to take care of your mom," says one patient's daughter. Her "demonstrated professionalism, compassion, leadership and kindness" gave this family confidence in the care their mother was receiving. The family left Carolinas Medical Center in remembrance of the attentive, compassionate care given by their nurse, Shaun. She is a wonderful reflection of what it means to be a DAISY Honoree.
