Shauna went above and beyond to help my husband and me when we had our baby boy! She was the kindest, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable nurse we had during our stay. She took the extra time to really sit and talk with us and help us with everything and anything we needed. She was very prompt whenever we needed help and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, happy, safe, informed, and prepared. We had her as a nurse the first day we were there and we couldn't wait to have her again on our last day.

Shauna went above and beyond during our time in recovery with our newborn. She was attentive, knowledgeable, caring and made our time there wonderful. She was instrumental in helping with showing me how to breastfeed my baby for the first time and giving a bath time tutorial.
