My husband and I recently stayed at Methodist Willowbrook due to the loss of our 28-week-old baby girl. You would think that there is nothing in a situation like ours that would make what we are going through any easier but that was until nurse Shauna arrived. She was compassionate and straightforward, but she also listened to us. She didn’t tell us what we should do she didn’t do anything without explaining the process and above all else, she was our advocate. She truly listened to our wishes and desires and didn’t force any extras upon us which is, unfortunately, something we have had happen so many times before in a hospital setting. She was a literal Angel and I truly don’t know how we would have been able to handle this loss without her. I am so thankful for her patience and guidance and want you to know how great she is at her job. She went above and beyond for us and we are so so grateful.
