I brought my mom into the ER and it was full with 2 ambulances coming in. Shauna Smith got my mom into a room and made us feel like we were important to her, not just another patient. Shauna kept checking on us even though a couple of patients needed her attention a lot. She was almost running to keep up with everything, but always had a smile on her face. Anytime you see Shauna she is friendly and smiling.
