Shawn Ballard 2, RN

My son came in to get a few teeth fixed, and in walks Ms. Shawn, his nurse. As soon as she walked in, she radiated such amazing energy, she had a big smile and made him feel so comfortable and so ready for his surgery. She interacted with him about the surgery and any questions he had she answered, and he had a lot, but she still made him feel important. As a hospital I would feel lucky to have her as a caring, outgoing and sweet nurse, you can tell she really cares about her patients.
