Mom was brought in for bypass surgery April 19th. It was a very scary time for all of us. Although all of the ICU staff we encountered were excellent, Shawn really stood out. Mom said she felt so safe while Shawn was on duty. Shawn was very attentive and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand.
