Shawn made us feel like we weren't alone in a state where we knew no one. I watch her take care of my husband all night. She always kept making sure everything was just how it was supposed to be. She made him feel like he was important. I could see he felt at ease knowing she was there. Not only did she take care of him, but also I was scared of the situation too. She explained everything as she cared. Shawn knew I didn't want to leave to go to a motel so she got me a warm blanket, and dimmed the lights so I could rest. Also, I hadn't eaten that day so she even helped me order pizza. When it didn't come she gave me a sandwich. Eventually, my husband got a room but if not for Shawn I wouldn't have been comfortable waiting. Shawn has a great personality, we were glad she was his nurse, and nice to have met her.
