My husband had a very rough first night after surgery. Shawna Woods was in our room every hour from 11:00 pm - 5:30 am with meds to try to help his pain. She remained calm and professional the entire time, even when my husband was not the nicest.
As a nurse myself, I know this type of patient care can be time-consuming and difficult. I feel Shawna did a good job in a difficult situation. She reached out to the doctors a few times throughout the night, and even with other patients, she was still attentive to my husband's needs.
She is an excellent nurse!
