After being admitted unexpectedly for an infection, Shawna has made my stay significantly more pleasant. She is friendly and willing to chat; answers all of my questions in a patient and easy-to-understand manner; has made sure my care and discharge were administered timely; clearly is careful and competent. She likes her job and performs my care cheerfully. She is thorough and most importantly, she cared for me as if she really cared about me and my well-being. For an unwanted stay, she helped to make it pleasant and tolerable.
