Shawna is by far one of the best on our unit. I look up to her as a mentor, role model, and leader. She is always able to help anyone out. She is the one that I want when all hell is breaking loose. We learn so much from her. She has a great working relationship with the providers. She works hard for her patients and for her co-workers. She consistently demonstrates our core values.
