Shawnice Frazier, BSN, RN

I have been a nurse since 1994 and a nurse practitioner since 1999. I have worked in 3 different hospitals in Mobile and I have to report that Shawnice is one of the best case managers I have ever worked with. She is so caring, organized, knowledgeable, and proactive. She knows exactly what our patients need and goes above and beyond to make sure all arrangements are made and everything is thoroughly taken care of. I have often called about a patient asking for home services or some kind of need and Shawnice often calls back, even on her off days, to tell me everything has already been done. The patients certainly benefit from having her as their case manager. I hope she will be recognized for outstanding service to Providence and our healthcare team.
