I came in at 27 weeks bleeding and scared. I spent the night, and multiple nights after that. She talked me through everything and was very patient with me on one of the scariest few days of my life. I also happened to spend my birthday in the hospital. She brought me a card that everyone in the department at that time had signed and brought me flowers. The fact that she wanted to make an experience like that the best possible for me brought me to tears. It is very clear that she loves what she does and will go the extra lengths to make sure someone feels comfortable.
