Shaylee Kelly, RN, BSN

Shaylee Kelly was excellent at communicating with my 95-year-old grandmother. She took the time to ensure that my grandmother understood what she was saying and took down her mask so my Grandma could see what she was saying too. Shaylee made sure to communicate what she was doing before she did it. She let our family know even the little details and answered our questions without being in a rush. Shaylee stayed on top of everything possible and exceeded our expectations in making sure my grandmother was comfortable. Our family felt relaxed and comfortable with Shaylee.
