She was the AM sitter for my mother and when I came in at 8 am, mom's hair was done just the way she likes it; in a ponytail. Even after her sitter duties were no longer needed, she checked on mom every hour to see if she needed anything. Mom appreciated this since she had difficulty finding the call button sometimes. She even asked if I needed anything.

My mother has been in a lot of hospitals during the course of her life. This experience of the medical team is the best EVER. Shayli stands out to me because of her compassion, If all nurses were like Shayli what a wonderful world this would be.

My husband came in with an unknown issue while we have been in the hospital for two days we've had the privilege of having Shayli as the RN. She has been quick to answer all of our questions, she is extremely calm and helped my husband while he had several break downs. She is quick at answering call lights, and just had a caring attitude. As a healthcare professional, I wish I had several Shayli's on my team. She truly cares. She stands by the ICARE value that HealthONE believes in. The level of professionalism she has is amazing. She always had a smile on her face that made all of us comfortable. Her voice itself was soothing and you can tell she cares for her patients. All I have to say to her is, Thank You!

I was going through some real medical problems. She did her very best to get me what I needed in a very compassionate and very professional way. She was kind and understanding in a very professional manner. If I would have a friend or relative in the hospital, I would pray they got Shayli or a nurse as concerning as her.
