Shayna is an expert in identifying staff members' strengths and identifying appropriate resources to assure excellence in the delivery of patient care on the unit. She provides expert support for new staff members who know they can count on her to assist them with any and all problems or concerns.
Shayna is a unit leader for improving throughput outcomes. She has devoted many hours to analyzing and supporting changes that are identified to improve the patient discharge process.
