I was in deep sleep, when a group of doctors came to do rounds for all the patients. Shazia Zahid came to me, she is so quiet, and she instructed me to cover my face, while the other staff didn't advise me. She makes me happy all the time, as she is polite in her manners. Every patient wants this nurse to be their primary nurse. I strongly recommend her for the DAISY Award.
