Shea had a phenomenal way of exemplifying what nursing is all about. While my husband had multiple issues going on, Shea stayed on top of everything from giving medications, keeping me informed of anything new and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. She also ensured I was taking care of myself, as well. She worked extremely well with the physicians and other ICU staff to ensure that my husband was getting the best care possible. She is an exemplary role model! Shea made such an unpleasant and scary situation for our family much easier to accept with all of her kind words and compassion throughout our stay. Since the hospitalization, my husband has made a miraculous and amazing recovery. Thanks to Shea and the staff at SSM St. Clare I am able to enjoy more time with my best friend and husband.
