Shea Smith, RN

Shea was beyond amazing. She was the first RN that took care of my mom on SOU. My mom was very difficult to care for due to her altered reasoning and comprehension. I never saw Shea have any display of irritability, exhaustion, or annoyance. Just empathy and amazing listening and redirecting skills. Shea was seamless in her care and never seemed to waver. I was and am beyond impressed with her genuine communication, compassion, and patience. Thank you!
