As the Quality Nurse responsible for overseeing a wide range of critical functions, including NDNQI data entry and dissemination, coordination of nursing quality initiatives, leading quality audits, supporting mortality and morbidity reviews related to nursing, monthly documentation audits, supporting Magnet indicator submissions, and organizing Nursing QPS meetings, she consistently demonstrates remarkable professionalism, accuracy, and passion in every aspect of her work.
Ms. Sheeba plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our nursing quality metrics are not only submitted accurately but also interpreted and communicated effectively to nursing leaders and frontline teams.
