Sheela Alex, RN

Sheela is a pediatric nurse with some ICU experience. Any time the Peds ICU needs a nurse, my nurse manager will call her, and she will come and work in ICU. When ICU is staffed with new nurses, she always goes to help them and check the safety of the patient frequently without a request from any nurses. She is always concerned about patient safety, not only her patients but the patients of the ICU. Her work is always unnoticed by other staff or management. I strongly believe she works above and beyond.
