Sheena Adrados works in the clinical decision unit, she has been with Carle since 2004. This is her nomination:
I was received on Rogers 4, the observation unit, from their E.R. I had been seen because of chest pain and stayed for a stress test. Sheena welcomed and oriented me. Most important through, she observed and evaluated the developing changes in my medical condition. She advocated by calling the MD for evaluation and included my daughter in her concerns. She listened to my daughter as she has a medical background and considered her ideas and suggestions. I was able to stay calm during my crisis due to the professionalism and compassion displayed by Sheena.
