If you needed a visual for all the core values, Sheena would be that visual aide. She would be your emoji for caring like crazy, ALWAYS going the extra mile, constantly spreading a smile or a laugh, and her leadership doesn’t go unnoticed. She has been a nurse for many years and her wisdom shows. Our team is so lucky to have her by our sides, she’s always there if things go awry, willing to help in any way possible, and in those situations, her past knowledge is literally lifesaving. She always puts her patients and her team first. She is always making sure everyone is getting the help and assistance they need even when we are super busy. Her patients get complete holistic care that every patient deserves. Families feel and see this care too. She builds rapport with some of the hardest patients and builds great trust and comfort with the families even with the worst situations. I strive to be like her, to work and love hard.
