Sheena Erickson, BSN, RN

I was in ICU Cadillac Munson hospital with COVID. Sheena was such a big help. I had an IV that had been in my arm for over 2 weeks and it was getting infected. She was the only nurse who took the time to look at it and she took it out. Her bedside manners are outstanding. She would address me as “sweetheart". I remember lying in bed not able to breathe as well and Sheena would rub my forehead. You can tell she cared about me. She’s very empathetic. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She is the best and a sweetie.
