Where do I begin! The first time I met Sheena she was on the night shift, while my husband was in ICU. She was such a breath of fresh air! She treated him as if he was the only patient she had. She worked around the room straightening the supplies that other nurses had not even paid any attention to. She even trimmed his hair and eyebrows and shampooed his hair. It made him look so handsome, even while on the ventilator. She put lotion on him and just seemed to be so proud of her job. I told her, I bet you walked 10 miles in his room that night as she cared for him. She's truly an ICU angel. She made me (and him) feel so good about the hospital he was in! I wish all the nurses would be like her, amazing! I just loved the time I was around her. She deserves the DAISY Award.
