Nurse Sheila brought me to tears with how much she cared for my son. My son is blind and she made sure to voice EVERYTHING to him. I also have cystic fibrosis and struggle with my health and she took him for me and walked around with him explaining everything they were doing and who everyone was. When he wouldn’t laugh or smile for me he was belly laughing for her. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but as a mom, she lifted so much weight off my shoulders. This hospital should feel so proud and lucky to have this woman. She is truly sunshine in person form. She gave this whole unit such a positive atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better nurse during our stay.
