sheila bell, RN
ICU/CCU nurse, Sheila Bell, RN, was nominated for a DAISY Award by a patient’s daughter, who shared,
“During my mother’s stay, Sheila answered all family questions about what the doctors were trying to tell us in their medical jargon. She made my mother understand while she was wearing a mask for her breathing. She even made sure that the family was informed that my mother wanted to speak to us about her intentions with her progress. Sheila stayed in constant contact with my mother’s concerns and needs. She even persuaded the doctor to come and speak to the family.”
