Sheila was my nurse in the ER and I later found out that she usually works on the 4th floor. While I was in the ER she helped me get comfortable and showed great compassion despite the fact that the ER was overflowing to the point where we were put in the hallways due to lack of space. To my surprise the next night she showed up on the 4th floor and continued to provide excellent care. I really appreciate everything that she did for me and will never forget her caring attitude. This hospital has some of the best nurses that I have ever encountered. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and turning a bad situation into a positive one.
