Ms. Gold spends time with each of us individually during our clinical time which is very beneficial. It provides us with a one-on-one experience to discuss our assigned patient and understand the priorities associated with that individual. She is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely flexible when appropriate. She is very encouraging when teaching after a mistake has been made. She motivates me to think and be confident in my decisions. It is obvious to me that she is passionate about the nursing profession and emphasizes the importance of moral values in the professional workplace as well as in my personal life.

She has also taken time out of her day to explain concepts that I was having difficulty understanding even though she was not the chair in that particular class. She goes above and beyond to offer her time to help each of us to succeed.
