Sheila works amazingly well under pressure. She never shows if she is feeling overwhelmed or feeling stressed or anxious. Sheila has a calming demeanor and helps anxious patients calm down just by the sound and tone of her voice. Her calmness is felt by the rest of the staff and helps us stay calm.
Her kindness and compassion show no limits. She also has an excellent sense of teamwork and makes even the toughest days easier. She is an excellent example of a nurse and co-worker. I am constantly amazed at her selflessness and helpfulness to every single person she works with. She is such a great and loved part of our team.
