Sheila Jordahl demonstrated all five of the ICARE principles during my husband's hospitalization. One particular night he began having violent spasms, disorientation and visual hallucinations. Sheila called me to report he was pleading for his wife, I made sure to be by him for the rest of the night, calming him. He was moved to a room at that time to be directly across from the nurse's station. We as a family are forever indebted to her. Thank you for caring for my husband so well. I truly thank You!
