Lange's nomination highlighted her exceptional support during a patient's knee surgery, where she provided both medical care and emotional comfort. "She took amazing care of my mom and provided my dad with emotional comfort," the nominator wrote. "She goes above and beyond what it means to be a DAISY nominee." Lange, who has been with Wayne HealthCare for nearly ten years, expressed her gratitude and humility upon receiving the award. Inspired by her family and friends in the Philippines, Lange has always dreamed of being a nurse. "I’m just advocating for them, educating them, and making sure they get proper care," Lange said.
