Every question I had was answered clearly, and she always approached me with such gentleness. One specific situation that showed how much she genuinely cares happened when I was feeling unusually anxious before a procedure. I had been waiting for hours, and the discomfort and uncertainty were starting to overwhelm me.
Sheila noticed immediately, even without me saying anything. She pulled up a chair beside my bed, spoke to me calmly, and explained each step of the procedure in simple, reassuring terms. She even paused to ask if I had any fears or needed clarifications, never once making me feel rushed. She held my hand for a moment and reminded me that I was in good hands.
