Sheila Oberer is an exceptional nurse who is worthy of being cloned for all her positive energy and passion for the nursing profession. As an RN in the Miami Valley Hospital ER South, she is valued for her experience, compassion and vast knowledge. She is wise, caring, intelligent, hardworking and a real asset to the busy ER department. She is calm and soft spoken. Her coworkers trust and respect her. She puts her patients and families at ease with her excellent communication skills and tending to “the little things” that make a big difference in the patient’s care and ER experience.
