I went in for a colonoscopy. When Nurse Sheila entered the holding room, I knew I was in good hands. She exhibited a sense of strength. She was compassionate, polite, and professional. I had confidence that everything would be okay. I saw how she was helping other patients, answering questions, and keeping the environment running. Her leadership skills and take charge approach is what kept the patients calm. I highly commend her exemplary leadership skills.
