Sheila went above and beyond in caring for my child and supporting our family during a very challenging time. From the very beginning, she was attentive, compassionate, and proactive. She frequently called to check in with updates and made sure we had all the information and documentation we needed while my child's care plan was under review.
She anticipated questions before I even had to ask them and always ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks. Most importantly, Sheila brought a sense of calm and reassurance during a stressful process. Navigating care decisions for a young child can feel overwhelming, but Sheila's kindness and patience gave me peace of mind. She never made me feel rushed or like a burden; instead, she showed genuine concern for my child's well-being and our family's experience.
