Sheila has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my unexpected hospital visit went without a hitch. She was always well informed about my condition, set up clear expectations and anticipated my needs and the needs of my visitors. All in all, this would have been an uncomfortable process but thanks to Sheila, I can look back at my visit and remember the excellent care and treatment I needed to receive.
