I do not have to wait and ask more than once, as I am accustomed to doing so in the rest of the departments. With one question, I find all the information and details clear to me, in addition to her good treatment and her bearing of the situation completely, so do not leave me, and she comes back to make sure that everything is done and that I do not need any more service. Most importantly, she is familiar with all the details of the work and systems, and I find that she has a clear answer to every question. For years, I do not remember that I attended an appointment and asked her about something, and she did not answer me or give me an unclear answer.
