Shelbi Ellison, RN

My 85-year-old mother was admitted for bowel obstruction. Diagnosis was made within one hour of our arrival, and an NG tube was placed. Major surgery became inevitable, and Shelbi was with us before as well as after. Her care for my Mom was incredible. She is fastidious with her work and will do everything she can to care for the patient with no shortcuts and no downtime. She works hard all while showing tremendous compassion for her patients. My mom and our family grew to love her. Shelbi made calls to the doctor to address things that went above and beyond. She’s tenacious, intelligent, hardworking, passionate about her trade, and compassionate. We are so thankful for Shelbi and the made a difference in our lives.
