Oftentimes, nurses go above and beyond to care for patients, and oftentimes, they do not get credit for the things that they do, which sometimes is the most minute thing. But let me tell you the story of how phenomenal Shelbi is. Once admitted, Shelbi has undoubtedly gone above and beyond in numerous ways.

My stay here at first was like “Meh”. But meeting Shelbi has the type of attitude that will brighten up anyone’s day. Shelbi didn’t hesitate to inform me of my test results, break down everything, and put it in terms that could be understood clearly. Shelbi is one of the most phenomenal nurses that my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting.

She stated that she is a baby nurse, which could’ve fooled me! Every question I asked, she had an answer for, and made sure I had an understanding of what information she was sharing. Often, nurses deal with a lot, and most are not recognized for the trying and difficult jobs and patients they face on a daily basis. I believe Shelbi should be recognized or receive some form of recognition for the great and phenomenal job that she does. Shelbi is always pleasant every time when entering and exciting the room, she is a nurse that me as a patient was eager to see every morning because with Shelbi coming in you just know it's going to be a great day! Shelbi is definitely the epitome of how the nursing staff should operate on a daily basis. I would personally want to congratulate Nurse Shelbi on a phenomenal job well done. You deserve the best that is yet to come for you. Keep making your patients smile.
